  • Where is your facility located?
    Our HQ's is located in the northern panhandle of Idaho near Coeur d'Alene. However, we conduct training at various locations around the US, as well as globally. One of our premier options and the benefits of our tailored solutions is to bring your course, developed specifically for you, to you, by way of a Mobile Training Team. Once you factor in the cost of airfare and accommodations for a large group of attendees, having our MTT come to you, is sometimes a more cost effective solution. Not to mention most departments cannot afford to lose multiple personnel across any one given time.
  • How long does it take to develop a course for my team?
    Course development length varies considerably as the time to develop a unique training course includes many factors such as our current schedule, what specific skillsets, supporting cadre members and logistics are required to support your unique course. However, most of our core competency / skilled courses are already built. Starting from scratch will add time but on average we can fully coordinate, build and expedite a new course development in three to five weeks from start to finish when necessary to meet certain mission requirements or expedited timeline.
  • What are the course fees and pricing structure?
    Our courses are professionally, full collaboration and immersed and we operate with a 100% track record for safety while still meeting our clients requirements for training. That experience and expertise doesn't come at a bargain price. That said, we keep our cost down and pass saving on to our clients by collaborating and problem solving, together, to meet your unique needs. We offer competitive pricing aligned with other tier one training cadre and facilities. Considering the personal level of attention and tailored solutions we provide, we view this as a bargain to anyone serious about training.
  • How does your process work ?
    Our process begins when you contact us either by email or phone. We will ask a few questions, discuss your unique scenario, situation and requirements. The number of students and your preferred training location. We will then build a preliminary syllabus, exploring logistics and ensure we are tracking the clients needs. From their we will send a cost/quote, set a date for the class(es); correspond as required in order to fulfill your requirements and training.
