POLICIES AND DISCLAIMERS
HUTS-TSSG is a professional training and consulting organization providing tailored solutions and strategies to meet real world requirements. We respect everyones right and commitment to realizing, training results. We provide the highest levels of professional knowledge, survival / tactical skill-sets and performance to you and or your organization. We do so by creating a unique learning environment that is conducive to each student or group; without compromises. In order to maintain this level of commitment and achievement, we adhere to the following policies.
Please read the following and ensure we are compatible to you, BEFORE you sign up for one of our open enrollment / classes.

SAFETY

Firearms, Combatives and Survival training can be inherently dangerous. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure everyones safety while still meeting realistic training goals and reaching applicable skill-set achievements. However, we never compromise on the safety of the class for the sake of an individual student. If you are deemed unsafe or negligent "for any reason"; or act in any unsafe manner(s) during one of our courses, you will be dismissed from the class.

EQUIPMENT

All students must bring proper weapons and support equipment from a reputable manufacturer to class (as required for your specific course). Although we will do our best to support a true malfunction or equipment issue during class, we do not allow "home brewed or bubba'd" gun-smithed equipment to be used during our courses.

You must provide proper, safe, reliable and fully functioning equipment.
This is for the safety of everyone and continuity of the class.
Weapons should be fully sighted in and function checked, prior to course start date (unless part of the course curriculum is dedicated to equipment set-up, evaluation, sight-in etc). Otherwise, please ensure all of your equipment meets the above standard.
TIMELINESS

Part of the professional side of training is being considerate of everyone on the team. In any open enrollment course, students will be in attendance from various backgrounds, units and geographic locations. We value each and every persons time and commitment to their training. We expect that all students will show up prepared for class, with their equipment squared away, as determined by the type of class they are attending. If you are late to class, and or miss any introductions, safety briefs or other prerequisite training requirements, be prepared to go dry or miss that days training / event(s).
*We will not take away from the other students in attendance.
REFUNDS
In order to extend our training courses to students from across the region, we plan accordingly and prepare well in advance for each class. We commit and reserve classrooms, ranges, cadre/instructors and the required logistics to ensure each course is properly supported. If you must cancel, please do so as soon as possible. Our refund policy is as follows: Cancellations 61 days and greater, we will transfer your tuition to a future course. 60 days and less, forfeiture of tuition.
Special Note:
We do not train anyone who cannot legally be in possession of a firearm; or anyone who is, or appears to be, under the influence of any narcotic, alcohol or other drugs (even prescription) that may compromise safety on the range.
